As we move forward with our new Bold Steps series called, In His Image … Renewing Relationships, we’ll be taking a look at the way we can alter our identities to transform our behavior … and then ultimately our lives. Pastor Mark Jobe says that by doing that, we transform the way other people see us and … how they see Christ! Today’s message is … This is the New Me.
In the 1950s Jack Kerouac wrote On the Road, a defining novel of the beatnik generation. His work had a serious impact on American culture and is the subject of Mark Sayer's The Road Trip That Changed the World. Providing an analysis of current American society, Sayers contrasts the beatnik's path of hedonism with the road that led Jesus to Golgotha.
