Today, on Karl and Crew Mornings, we wrapped up our weekly theme called "Upside Down Kingdom," and we discussed the concept of dying to self in order to live for Christ. Our scripture references were Colossians 3:3 and Galatians 5:24. We also talked with Dr. Erwin Lutzer. He is the Pastor Emeritus of Moody Church and an award-winning author. Dr. Lutzer went to the book of Revelation to share some encouragement for the Church in the face of a new year and an ever-changing world. Karl is currently in India, and today we got to check in with him! He shared with us the hope and light of Jesus that he sees in among the workers of Mumbai's red light district. He is working with India Partners, a ministry that seeks to improve the lives of children and families suffering in poverty in India. Finally, for the month of January, it's New for You from Karl and Crew! You have a chance to win a copy of Karl's book not only for yourself, but for your study group too. Click below to enter.
