In the second half of “He Can Calm My Storm,” Crawford helps us understand why God puts us through storms and how to make the most of them, spiritually.

Dr. Crawford Loritts says looking past our brokenness is one of the first steps in finding the power of hope.  He also explains some unique aspects of two powerful miracles performed by Jesus.

Last week, Dr. Crawford Loritts helped us see how hope causes us to look past our brokenness. This week he looks at how hope causes us to yield to the authority of Jesus Christ.  We’ll see how submission to Christ played a role in the healing of a leper and of a Roman Centurion’s servant.

Dr. Crawford Loritts speaks about overcoming anxiety. In this first part of the message he defines anxiety and explains its effect on us.  He concludes by highlighting four commitments Jesus calls us to.  Those will be developed in detail in the second half of the message next week.
