Summit Life with J.D. GreearNational Foster Care Month is all about coming together as community to protect and support our most vulnerable children and families. On Wednesday's Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, VP of Community Engagement, Tom Lukasik joins us to tell us more about what's happening the world of foster care. Educate yourself and share with others about the need for more foster homes, prevention, and restorative services for kids and families in crisis in our community.
What can trigger grief? Perhaps it was the loss of a loved one or the end of a relationship. Maybe it was the death of a dream, or the shock of a diagnosis that you didn’t see coming. You might not even be able to name the why, but you know that your loss feels too much to bear. Wednesday on Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, pastor, speaker, and podcast host, Steve Carter offers a fresh--yet familiar--comparison to describe the Grieve, Breathe, Receive journey: the Holy Weekend. Be open to receive all the lessons, surprises, and healing God knows we need for every part of us to be made whole.
