Hour 2: MFI Anniversary Banquet - with Roger Sands
Roger Sands, VP of Administration at Missionary Flights International, joins Mornings with Eric and Brigitte on Monday to talk about MFI's upcoming Anniversary Banquet on Friday, March 15 at the West Palm Beach Marriott. Attending the banquet provides an opportunity to hear stories from some key missionary partners and the change that they affect in Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and the Bahamas. Our prayers and financial support help MFI stand in the gap for missionaries by transporting life-saving supplies and the hope of the gospel. Monetary donations will be prayerfully accepted that evening.

Steve Solomon
Steve Solomon came to know the Lord in 1991, sitting in an insurance office. A salesman at heart, he always reached out to other businessmen. That gifting would later be a catalyst for many businessmen to know Christ. An invite to a CBMC luncheon in Fort Lauderdale introduced Steve to a whole new world of possibilities. After 30 years in the telecom industry, Steve joined CBMC as Area Director for the South Florida teams in July 2018. Steve is quick to give credit to his wife, Jeanne, whose support made it all possible. He is currently the Area Director at CBMC South Florida, and he coordinates all outreach to business, professionals, and development groups for CBMC South Florida.
Roger Sands
Roger and Judy Sands have been with MFI since 2003. Roger is currently serving as the Vice President of Administration, Facilities Manager, and Director of Operations for MFI Haiti. They have two sons and eight grandchildren.
When the earthquake hit Haiti on Jan 12, 2010, Roger took charge of the 2000 volunteers that came to help sort and ship 2 million lbs. of relief supplies. MFI then asked Roger to take work teams to Haiti to help rebuild destroyed homes.Roger & Judy returned from Haiti in 2016. He continued to manage the Port-au-Prince mailroom, work with our Haitian broker, and took the part-time position of facilities manager. In 2020, Roger again joined the Missionary Flights staff as the Assistant to the Executive Leadership. In 2023, he began serving the role of Vice President of Administration.
