David Reeves, President and CEO of Unfolding Word joins Mornings with Eric and Brigitte on Wednesday to share about the organization, Unfolding Word that exists to see "the Church in every people group: The Bible in every language". The mission of Unfolding Word is to work with Church leaders around the world who are seeking to establish their churches in sound doctrine but lack access to Bible translations in the languages their people speak. They would like to imagine a world where the global church has expanded into every people group such that everyone is within reach of the gospel.
On Wednesday's Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, co-author Matt Bronleewe tells the story of when Everett Swanson arrived to preach to troops on the front lines, he stumbled upon starving orphans. The plight of these children broke his heart. He faced the question: "What are you going to do?" Swanson's answer to those six little words led to the organization known today as Compassion International. We are often faced with the same question as Everett Swanson, and we will see how small faithful choices can lead to larger ones—and in so doing, change the world for generations to come.
