Hour 1: Cultural Update - with Dr. Mark Turman
Tuesday on Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, Executive Director of Denison Ministries, Dr. Mark Turman joins us to discuss a recent article written by Dr. Jim Denison, sharing about Jesus Christ and Him crucified. In everything we say and do this season, let’s point people from the manger to the cross and the empty tomb.
Hour 2: Christmas Near the Beach - with Eddy Jackson
Eddy Jackson, the DJ at this year's Christmas Near the Beach celebration joins Mornings with Eric and Brigitte on Tuesday to tell us about this year's upcoming event at Arts Park @ Young Circle in Hollywood on Saturday, December 9 from 4-9 p.m. Christmas Near The Beach features local artist, bands, and dancers. Children of all ages will be dazzled by the 40-foot Christmas tree, a visit with Santa and visit the "Night Market" to do some holiday shopping. For the past 16 years, this free event has been a holiday tradition in South Florida, celebrating the wonder of Christmas.

Dr. Mark Turman is the Executive Director of Denison Forum and Senior Contributor for Leadership. Previously, he pastored four churches in Texas across thirty-four years, including twenty-five years as the founding pastor of Crosspoint Church in McKinney, Texas. He holds a D.Min. from Truett Seminary, an M.Div from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a BA from Howard Payne University.

Christmas Near The Beach is your hometown Christmas. For the past 16 years we’ve celebrated the wonder of Christmas with the community creating a holiday tradition. Our hope is you will bring this tradition into your family’s life, for a lifetime. Generations to come will remember the joy of welcoming the Christmas season at the Arts Park in Downtown Hollywood. Christmas Near The Beach features local artist, bands, and dancers.
