Wednesday on Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, Pastor Rodney Wilkinson and his wife, Keisha join us to talk about the challenges of the middle years of marriage. It can be difficult to nurture and support each other if a husband and wife don’t seek awareness and understanding of their spouse’s heart. A husband needs to take the initiative to be patient, tender and intentional with his wife, to pursue her heart during these hectic years when she can easily be overlooked. Seek help if needed, pray always, and have open and honest communication towards each other with humble hearts.

The Gospel Project is a curriculum that has revolutionized youth ministry in churches throughout the United States and all around the world. On Wednesday's Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, Dr. Kevin Jones from Cedarville University joins us to share why he is invested in this project. “I participate in The Gospel Project because I want the Gospel to have an influence in the lives of children,” said Jones. “The life and ministry of Jesus is essential in our world today because he changes lives. The three year curriculum covers creation, Old Testament literature, covenant promises and the life and ministry of Jesus, and this can be used to teach children and adults about the Bible.

Rodney & Kiesha Wilkinson
Pastor Rodney and Kiesha Wilkinson have been married for 17 years and have been ministering for about as long. They have four children, Jordyn, Ziyon, RJ & Grace. Pastor Rodney is the Lead Pastor at Gospel Fellowship Church in Boynton Beach, and Kiesha works as a nurse and enjoys serving wherever there is a need. After spending ten years in campus ministry at Florida Atlantic University, Pastor Rod, Kie and a core team launched Gospel Fellowship Church in Boynton Beach, FL.
Kevin Jones
Dr. Kevin M. Jones is a Dean, Assistant Professor of Education and joined the faculty at Cedarville University in 2020. He is a native of Louisville, Kentucky, and has varied experience in public school systems, homeschooling, collegiate level teaching, and administration. He has served as a lay pastor at Buck Run Baptist Church, Forest Baptist Church, and Watson Memorial Baptist Church. Dr. Jones has been partnering with LifeWay on The Gospel Project's "Questions from Kids" series for the last ten years, and it has revolutionized youth ministry. Jones’ longing is to see fathers build resilient sons and to see teachers and leaders influence the lives of students nationally and internationally, teaching and leading unto the glory of God.
