Today, on Karl and Crew, we talk about the beauty of obeying the voice of the Lord. We turned to the phone lines to ask our listeners to share with us an act of obedience the Lord had called them to do, and how, in the end, there was a blessing in it. We were also joined by Dr. John Koessler, who spoke about the importance of obedience to the Lord. Dr. Koessler is a retired Professor and Faculty Emeritus from the Moody Bible Institute in Pastoral Studies. He also has a podcast and blog called “A Stranger in the House of God.” Colin Smith also joined us to discuss acknowledging God’s grace and His promise through obedience. Colin is the Senior Pastor Emeritus of The Orchard Evangelical Free Church. He is also the founder and teacher of the long-running daily radio program, Open the Bible, which airs weekday mornings on Moody Radio at 9:00 a.m. CT.
