Arise

Today, on Karl and Crew Mornings, we kicked off the theme, "Arise", and we discussed taking risks in God's will.  God called Joshua to arise and go into the Promised Land, and he obeyed and trusted.  Where is God calling you out of, and what promsed land is God calling you into?  Faith involves risk, and risk involves faith.  The scripture references were Joshua 1-24 and Ephesians 3:20-21.  We also talked with Scott Phelps who is the Founder and Executive Director of the Abstinence and Marriage Education Partnership.  This is a movement and ministry to inspire healthy marriages and provide hope and education to the younger generations.  They have a special free event Thursday, June 15th in Deerfield for Christian Educators called "Rescuing a Generation: Teaching the Success Sequence".  Hear the highlights of the program on today's Karl and Crew Showcast.
