Mike Hood
Mike Hood is an evangelist, pastor, and writer who loves sharing the reality and beauty of Jesus. A former UCCF staff worker and church evangelist, he has given talks about the Christian faith to people of all ages, stages, and backgrounds, including at university outreach weeks all over the UK. He has a BA in English Literature from Cambridge University and an MA in Christian Theology and Ministry from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and Crosslands Training. He is also a spoken-word poet who has competed at the Royal Albert Hall and performed at the Big Church Festival. He works as one of the pastors at Eden Baptist Church in Cambridge, UK.
Dr. Arnie Cole
Arnie Cole (EdD, Pepperdine) is the CEO of Back to the Bible and Chief Research Officer of the Center for Scripture Absorption. With his passion for research and helping others, Dr. Cole has been active most of his professional life in developing methodologies, processes, and best practices to instill significant behavioral change in individuals. A serial entrepreneur, Arnie pioneered disruptive organizations in California that successfully moved violent patients with developmental disabilities out of institutions and safely into the community and employment. Dr. Cole has also served with YWAM’s Business as Missions group in the Middle East, CEO of MegaVoice LLC, and Vice President of Development for Mission Aviation Fellowship.Today,as CEO of Back to the Bible, his mission is to help Christians experience significantand enduring spiritual breakthroughs. For the past 22 years, he has done life transformation research and field work on the spiritual lives of people from around the world as it relates to biblical engagement and spiritual formation. Additionally, he leads aresearch team that developed the SALT Index, a research-based framework that measures spiritual growth across key dimensions such as Scripture engagement, obedience,Christlike character, and relational impact; it provides pastors and ministry leaders with a clear, data-informed picture of how their people are growing spiritually, and offers actionable insight that helps churches strengthen discipleship, identify needs,and celebrate measurable transformation. Dr. Cole is the co-author of several books, including Unstuck: Your Life, God's Design, RealChange;Worry Free Living;Tempted, Tested, and True,Pivot Driven Devotionals and TheSignificant Difference.
Dr. Mitch Glaser
Dr. Glaser is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Chosen People Ministries. He speaks and writes widely on Jewish evangelism and Messianic Judaism. Mitch and his wife, Zhava, have labored for more than 50 years in ministry among the Jewish people. Dr. Glaser is the author of a number of evangelistic books and articles and co-editor with Dr. Darrell Bock of four academic volumes. He has an MA from Talbot School of Theology and a PhD from Fuller Theological Seminary.
