Kyla will join us to share her own lived experience of encountering the Scriptures and the Church in ways that made all the difference as she wrestled with questions of her sex and her identity. Join us to learn that real transformation and freedom are possible through Christ.
Hour 2: Israel – Past, Present and Future
Who owns the land of Israel? Are the Israelis occupiers and oppressors? We are seeing a rising tide of antisemitism across the globe. What is the history of this conflict? Dr. Charles Dyer will join us to provide insight and knowledge behind the Arab-Israeli conflict. He will trace the journey of the Jewish people through history and explain the events that have led to the current situation in the Middle East today.

Kyla Gillespie
Kyla Gillespie is the founder of Renewed & Transformed Ministries. Kyla was born in BC, Canada. Being raised in a Christian home, she came to faith in Jesus Christ at a young age. As early as the age of five, she began to experience gender dysphoria. In her teens, wrestling with both same-sex attraction and gender dysphoria, life became difficult. She spent her late teens and adult years as a Professional Women's Hockey Player. After a lifelong battle with Gender Identity, in 2011 she fully transitioned from female to male. While living as a male for six years, God revealed himself to her in a powerful way. Since then she has fully de-transitioned and is now living out her God-given gender and sexuality as a woman in pursuit of Jesus.
Dr. Charles Dyer
Dr. Charles Dyer (B.A., Washington Bible College; Th.M. and Ph.D., Dallas Theological Seminary) served as provost and dean of education at Moody Bible Institute before becoming Professor-at-Large of Bible at Moody and host of The Land and the Book radio program. Before coming to Moody, Charlie served for 20 years in multiple administrative and faculty roles at Dallas Theological Seminary - ultimately serving as Executive Vice President under Chuck Swindoll. In addition to his role as host of The Land and the Book radio program, Charlie is an Old Testament scholar and an authority on Middle Eastern history and geography. He also served as Associate Pastor of Grace Bible Church in Sun City, Arizona. Charlie has traveled extensively throughout the Middle East for 40 years, leading over 100 trips. He is the author of numerous books, including A Voice in the Wilderness, What's Next?, The New Christian Traveler's Guide, Character Counts, 30 Days in the Land with Jesus, 30 Days in the Land of the Psalms, The ISIS Crisis, and Clash of Kingdoms. His most recent book is What Does the Bible Say about the Future?.
