Hour 1: What God Did With Our Sin
Every Christian has experienced days or even seasons of feeling extreme guilt over past or present sins, thinking that God is angry or disgusted with them—sometimes even wondering if they’re truly saved. This often happens when believers fixate on their sins while forgetting what Christ has already done on their behalf at the cross. Sam Storms explains it this way: “What consumes us is what we have done by sinning. What ought to consume us is grateful meditation on what God has done with our sinning.” Join us as Dr. Storms explains what God has done and will never do with our sin.

David Robertson will share his views on Prime Minister Mark Carney’s speech at Davos and what the PM sees as “the way forward”. We will talk about the price one nurse paid for staying true to her convictions and why the UK is moving against “Islamophobia”, however that might be defined. Dr. Sam Storms
Dr. Sam Storms (PhD, University of Texas at Dallas) is the founder of Enjoying God Ministries. He has spent more than four decades in ministry as a pastor, and professor. He was previously a visiting associate professor of theology at Wheaton College from 2000 to 2004. Sam serves as a member of the Council of The Gospel Coalition, and is a past President of the Evangelical Theological Society. Most recently Sam founded and serves as Executive Director for Convergence Church Network. Sam is also a prolific author of such books as The Beginner's Guide to Spiritual Gifts, The Singing God: Feel the passion God has for you...just the way you are, Tough Topics 1: Biblical Answers to 25 Challenging Questions, Tough Topics 2: Biblical answers to 25 challenging questions.
David Robertson
David Robertson is a Scottish Presbyterian minister who served for 33 years in Scotland in Dundee and the Highlands, before moving to Australia in 2019 to work as an Evangelist with Sydney Anglicans. He currently serves as the minister of Scots Kirk Presbyterian church in Hamilton, Newcastle, New South Wales. For many years he had a podcast known as ‘Quantum of the Wee Flea’. This has now developed into a radio show on Rhema FM, and is now called ‘Beauty for Ashes'. David blogs on theweeflea.com and is the author several books including the Dawkings Letters, Magnificent Obsession, SEEK, ASK, and Engaging with Atheists. You can find him on X as theweeflea.
