Hour 1: Understanding Gender Confusion

Sometimes people think that if they pray or wish hard enough, their transgender tendencies will just disappear. This is an unrealistic expectation. It is not reasonable to expect an overnight change in the area of gender or sexual confusion. The problem takes years to develop. The restoration likewise takes a lengthy healing and restorative process-and some very hard work-which typically involves years of serious commitment. Denise Shick will join us to offer a faith-based perspective on this issue.

Hour 2: News and Views

This hour, we visit with Dr. Adam Rasmussen of the Cultural Research Center at Arizona Christian University on rapid cultural shifts in the U.S. that are reshaping the nation’s moral framework. We then talk with Todd Nettleton, from The Voice of the Martyrs, on how we can pray for those Christians who live in countries where being a Christian could cost them their life. Get ready to lengthen your prayer list.
