Hour 1: Another Gospel?
A movement seeks to redefine Christianity. Some think that it is a much-needed progressive reformation. Others believe that it is an attack on historic Christianity. Alisa Childers never thought she would question her Christian faith. She was raised in a Christian home, where she had seen her mom and dad feed the hungry, clothe the homeless, and love the outcast. She had witnessed God at work and then had dedicated her own life to leading worship, as part of the popular Christian band ZOEgirl. All that was deeply challenged when she met a progressive pastor, who called himself a hopeful agnostic. Alisa will join us to describe the intellectual journey Alisa took over several years as she wrestled with a series of questions that struck at the core of the Christian faith.
Hour 2: Overcoming The Darkness
Spiritual depression is defined as the prolonged and pervasive numbing, muting, suppressing, or restraining of the joy of the Lord within the life of the Christian. And more and more Christians are besieged with it. Experiencing feelings of doubt, anxiety, or despair can become the norm of our daily lives. Despite our struggles, the Bible gives us numerous exhortations to battle our downcast condition. But how? Sometimes it feels hopeless, as if nothing can pull us from the mire. Join us as pastor and teacher Nate Pickowicz helps us administer God’s balm to our spiritual wounds.

Alisa Childers
Alisa Childers is a wife, mom, author, podcaster, blogger, speaker, and worship leader. She was a member of the award-winning CCM recording group ZOEgirl. She is currently a respected speaker at apologetics and Christian worldview conferences, as well as the host of her popular YouTube channel. Alisa's story was featured in the documentary, American Gospel: Christ Crucified. Nate Pickowicz
Nate Pickowicz (BA, Muhlenberg College; MA, Trinity Theological Seminary) is the teaching pastor of Harvest Bible Church in Gilmanton Iron Works, New Hampshire. He is the author and editor of more than a dozen books, including Why We're Protestant, The American Puritans, How to Eat Your Bible, and Christ & Creed. Additionally, he has written for several publications, such as Tabletalk magazine.
