We then hear from Wesley Smith who will update us on several states that are aggressively moving forward to make assisted suicide more accessible. Get ready to think critically and biblically.
Hour 2: The Views from Down Under
Join us this hour as we wing our way to the Land of Oz to catch up with our favorite Scottish apologist. Hear his take on the topic of chastity and singleness. Discover why a journalist believes Hamas was “kind” to the hostages they have and are holding. We will also tackle the question: Are surfboards sexist? Yes, that is a serious question. Learn how to apply the Truth of God’s word to the world around us.

Karen Covell
As Founding Director of Hollywood Prayer Network, Karen speaks and teaches around the country on how people of faith can pray for the people in the entertainment industry. She is also a published co-author of two books: How to Talk About Jesus Without Freaking Out and The Day I Met God. Aside from her leadership at HPN, Karen is Co-Founder and Producer for JC Productions, an independent TV and music production company. She has had extensive experience producing TV specials, documentaries and children's programming. Karen is a member of the Producers Guild of America, a founding member of PREMISE, and a board member of the Biola University Entertainment Task Force. She is a graduate of USC with a BA in Producing.
Wesley Smith
Wesley J. Smith is Chair and Senior Fellow at the Discovery Institute’s Center on Human Exceptionalism. Wesley is a contributor to National Review and is the author of 14 books, in recent years focusing on human dignity, liberty, and equality. Wesley has been recognized as one of America’s premier public intellectuals on bioethics by National Journal and has been honored by the Human Life Foundation as a “Great Defender of Life” for his work against suicide and euthanasia. Wesley’s most recent book is Culture of Death: The Age of “Do Harm” Medicine, a warning about the dangers to patients of the modern bioethics movement.
David Robertson
David Robertson is a Scottish Presbyterian minister who served for 33 years in Scotland in Dundee and the Highlands, before moving to Australia in 2019 to work as an Evangelist with Sydney Anglicans. He currently serves as the minister of Scots Kirk Presbyterian church in Hamilton, Newcastle, New South Wales. For many years he had a podcast known as ‘Quantum of the Wee Flea’. This has now developed into a radio show on Rhema FM, and is now called ‘Beauty for Ashes. David blogs on theweeflea.com and is the author several books including the Dawkings Letters, Magnificent Obsession, SEEK, ASK, and Engaging with Atheists. You can find him on X as theweeflea.
