Join us as we discuss whether or not we have the liberty to change pronouns in the Bible to more closely conform to current cultural ideas of what it means to be a man or a woman. This conversation is designed to help us think biblically and critically about the Word and Christianity.

Our guest will explain why we seek meaning in the wrong places, modern technology's impact on our desires, the need to reclaim our imaginations from culture, and how we weren't made to do something but to know Someone.

Abdu Murray
Abdu Murray is the President of Embrace The Truth ministry. He offers the credibility of the gospel message as a speaker and writer with Embrace the Truth. He has authored several books including Saving Truth, Grand Central Question, Apocalypse Later, and his latest book, More than a White Man’s Religion. For most of his life, Abdu was a proud Muslim until a nine-year historical, philosophical, theological, and scientific investigation pointed him to the Christian faith. Abdu has spoken to diverse international audiences and has participated in debates and dialogues across the globe. Abdu holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School.
Kelly Needham
Kelly Needham is a servant of Jesus Christ, a student of the Bible, and COO of her home, where she lives with her husband, Jimmy, and their five children. She is the author of Friendish: Reclaiming Real Friendship in a Culture of Confusion and has been a contributing author to many other books, including Faithful and Beautifully Distinct. She has served on staff at two different churches, serving in youth, college, and women’s ministry. Kelly currently coleads a women’s teaching program at her church, training women to accurately handle the word of truth and cohosts the Clearly podcast with Jimmy. Whether writing or speaking, Kelly’s aim is to convince as many people as possible that nothing compares to knowing Jesus.

Janet Parshall has been broadcasting from the nation's capital for over two decades. Her passion is to "equip the saints" through intelligent conversation based on biblical truth. When she is not behind her microphone, Janet is speaking across the country on issues impacting Christians. She has authored several books, including her latest, Buyer Beware: Finding Truth in the Marketplace of Ideas. Parshall and her husband, Craig, live in Virginia, and have four children and six grandchildren.
