His heart extends to every generation, from young disciples discovering their calling to seasoned leaders influencing their workplaces and communities for Christ. Neal holds a degree in Christian Ministries. He and his wife, Hailee, live in Colorado with their three daughters, Evelyn, Jessie, and Clara, and are preparing to plant a church in Wichita, Kansas, in 2026.
