Dr. Mike Glenn is president of The Engage Church Network and former senior pastor of Brentwood Baptist Church in Brentwood, Tenn. Under his leadership, the church grew to eight campuses and a membership of well over 10,000. Mike has written four books: In Real Time, The Gospel of Yes, Coffee with Mom, and Preaching in a Post-Truth World. He is married to his wife Jeannie. When he is not equipping pastors, he spends time with his wife and keeps up with his grandchildren.

Ally is the co-host of Karl and Crew and is passionate about communicating the gospel of Jesus Christ through powerful storytelling. She earned a master's degree in Journalism from DePaul University and started in broadcasting as a television news reporter. Ally is also host of Moody Radio's Snapshot Testimony, a podcast where Ally interviews guests about one pivotal moment that has shaped their faith in Christ. Ally is a former college volleyball player, has lived in five different countries, and is always up for a cup of tea and a good game of Scrabble. Ally and her husband, Henry, have two children and reside in Chicago.
