You’re invited to a special Missions Meet-and-Greet with Pastor James Miyashita, church planter and missionary to Nagoya, Japan.
James is a second-generation missionary, raised on the mission field in Japan — a country open to missionaries, yet still one of the most unreached nations in the world. His father came to Christ through a missionary's testimony after World War II, and his mother followed God's call to serve as a missionary to the deaf in Japan.
James trusted Christ as a teenager and later responded to God’s call to plant churches. Today, he and his wife, Rosie, are prayerfully working toward establishing 16 new Bible-believing churches by 2030 — one in each precinct of Nagoya. They're seeking individuals and couples willing to commit to two years of language study in Japan, followed by church-planting ministry for as long as the Lord leads.
This is a unique opportunity for those with a heart for missions in Asia or for those just wanting to know more about how the Lord is working in Japan.
