Collect New Shoes for Needy Children
Celebrating 25 Years, 88.9 Moody Radio is excited to partner with Buckner International’s Shoes for Orphan Souls to help provide shoes for orphans and impoverished children around the world. Would your church or business consider joining us? Register your church or business to be a collection location no later than July 18.
As a collection site, you will collect shoes July 28 – August 27. Then on collection day, Thursday August 28, you will bring your shoes to 88.9 Moody Radio, located at 1920 East 24th Street Place, Chattanooga, TN 37404

Why Shoes?
- Health: New shoes provide health. Walking barefoot in rocky or muddy terrain can also cause injury to a child's feet, opening the possibility for infection and disease.
- Education: New shoes provide education. Many schools around the world require children to wear shoes, but for many poverty-stricken families, shoes are a luxury they cannot afford.
- Hope: New shoes provide hope. New shoes provide hope for orphans and impoverished children that someone cares about them and loves them unconditionally.
