Adam Holz with Plugged In reviews these two headline films that release this weekend. There are problems with both. In Barbieland Barbie finds life in plastic isn’t fantastic right now. Barbie starts thinking about death, and that begins a journey that takes turns that are unexpected for viewers. Oppenheimer, directed by Christopher Nolan, feels like different films.
