Hour 1: When Church Conflict Happens
Every church will experience conflict at some point, but it doesn’t have to destroy you. In fact, conflict can be an opportunity for growth. Wednesday we will explore what this positive outcome looks like with conflict resolution expert Dr. Michael Hare. Dr. Hare will share some of the dos and don’ts of handling conflict and what can be accomplished when our varied gifts are embraced and celebrated.
