What are some of the challenges of being a military spouse? On this day when we remember those who gave all, we visit with author Jessica Manfre about life in the military and how we can best support military families. In her book, Never Alone, Jessica Manfre takes lessons from the biblical character of Ruth and the incredible power of friendship and the power of connection. She shares the comfort she has discovered knowing that even when we're wandering in a faraway, foreign land, He is not lost and has not lost us.
How do you live on mission in the military? Military missionary Megan Brown joins us to talk about the struggles and discipleship opportunities as a military spouse. Megan shares her testimony of how God has given her a vision for discipling and supporting military families. Megan will also encourage each of us to consider what this day means to Gold Star Families and how we can best remember and honor them today.
