According to Psychology Today, "we are running an impossibly risky, real-time experiment on children's mental, emotional and physical health." Tuesday on Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, licensed professional counselor, Marti Wibbels shares some ways we can reduce social media's negative influence on our lives. Marti Wibbels, MS, LMHC, is a psychotherapist in private practice at Palm Beach Counseling and Life Coaching in South Florida. She is a Board Certified Professional Christian Counselor, member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, and of the South Florida Association of Christian Counselors. A Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Marti's work integrates Scripture with proven counseling methods. She is author of the counseling workbook, Core Healing from Trauma and two novels, Secrets Behind the Door and Sound of Light. She and her husband, Alan were blessed with three daughters and with precious grandchildren and enjoy spending time with their family.
