Hour 2: Dealing with Difficult People - with Marti Wibbels
Difficult people can be anywhere: at home, school, work, and play—and sometimes, even in the mirror! A difficult person often tries to dominate or control others, and this person typically resists healthy communication and/or growth. We can’t stop people from being “difficult,” but we can make wise, godly choices to reduce the suffering their behaviors generate in us. On Wednesday's Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, licensed professional counselor Marti Wibbels shares with us specific action steps that can help us wisely face these challenges.

Bill Thrasher
William D. Thrasher (Th.M., Th.D., Dallas Theological Seminary) is a graduate professor of Bible and theology at Moody Theological Seminary and is a frequent speaker for churches and retreats across the country. He is author of several books, including God as He Wants You to Know Him, Putting God Back in the Holidays and A Journey to Victorious Praying. Bill and his wife, Penny, live in the Chicago area and have three sons and one grandchild.
Marti Wibbels
Marti Wibbels, MS, LMHC, is a psychotherapist in private practice at Palm Beach Counseling and Life Coaching in South Florida. She is a Board Certified Professional Christian Counselor, member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, and of the South Florida Association of Christian Counselors. A Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Marti's work integrates Scripture with proven counseling methods. She is author of the counseling workbook, Core Healing from Trauma and two novels, Secrets Behind the Door and Sound of Light. She and her husband, Alan were blessed with three daughters and with precious grandchildren and enjoy spending time with their family.
