This 10-week series of restorative art projects rooted in Scripture offers a safe space to process your own experiences in community with other women. Tuesday on Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, Martha Ackerman, co-author of this 10-week journey and an artist herself joins us to talk about this new study which is looking to help women deepen their relationship with God through the healing gift of art.

Hour 2: A Day's Journey: Stories of Hope and Death-Defying Joy - with Tim Keesee
How do we make each day of our brief life count? Tim Keesee spent years crisscrossing the globe, but illness brought his travels to a halt. In the book, A Day's Journey, Tim takes up his pen to write dispatches from a smaller, more intimate world. On Tuesday's Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, author, filmmaker, and ED of Frontline Missions Int'l joins us to walk with him through days of pain and hard questions, but also days of grace, wonder, and death-defying joy. The stories we will hear model the courage we need, the joy we have, the gospel we love, and and the hope we embrace until faith becomes sight.

Martha Ackerman
Martha Ackerman lives in Bluffton, South Carolina with her husband. Her experience in fashion and design came when she began working as a Ford model in the heart of the fashion industry in New York City. Martha enjoys spending free time with her husband, James Ackerman, adventuring about new enclaves in the Lowcountry. Much of the inspiration behind Martha’s designs bloom from her love of fashion and design.
Tim Keesee
Tim Keesee is the founder and executive director of Frontline Missions International, which has served to advance the Gospel in some of the world’s most difficult places for over thirty years. He has traveled to more than one hundred countries, reporting on the church from the former Iron Curtain countries to war-torn Bosnia, Iraq, and Afghanistan. Keesee is also the executive producer and writer of the documentary film series, Dispatches from the Front (www.dispatchesfromthefront.org). His writings appear in Desiring God, Tabletalk, and Challies.com. He and his wife, Debbie, live in South Carolina.
