School is over, summer has arrived, and many moms are ever so ready for a break. But it's easy to feel like life never allows for a break, especially as a mom and wife. On Thursday's Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, Focus on the Family counselor, Jenny Coffey, offers tips and advice for moms who feel burnt out or just plain exhausted. Her goal is to share tangible help for those moms who want to be present and connected with their families this summer

Duane Mellor serves as the Outreach Coordinator at CRPC. He has been on staff at Coral Ridge for over 20 years and has a heart for our community and those that have yet to hear the Gospel.“For by grace you have been saved through faith. Caleb Koornneef
Caleb Koornneef is a graduate of Knox Theological Seminary (MDiv.) and most recently has been ordained as Pastor of Families & Next Generation at Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church. He has been married to his wife, Suzannah since 2017, and they have a young daughter named Emery Joy. Caleb and Suzannah look forward to being a part of God’s transforming work in South Florida.
Jenny Coffey
Jenny Coffey is a licensed marriage and family therapist who serves on the counseling team at Focus on the Family, and also has a private practice. Prior to Focus, she worked as a psychiatric assessment coordinator for a hospital and taught undergrad psychology and human development at New Mexico State University. Jenny and her husband, Blakely, have been married for 10 years and have four children.
