Hour 1: Health Update - with Dr. Keith Campbell
On Tuesday's Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, Dr. Keith Campbell from Wycliffe USA Global Health Services joins us to discuss sleep as it relates to normal aging and other sleep problems that affect many of us. Sleep problems include insomnia (various forms), sleep movement disorders (muscle jerking, restless leg syndrome) and daytime sleepiness.
Hour 2: Connection Counteracts Loneliness - with Marti Wibbels
Most of us have felt lonely at one time or another in our lives. Loneliness isn't about whether we're "alone" or "with people," it's about the condition of our connections. On Tuesday's Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, licensed professional counselor, Marti Wibbels reminds us that when the Church is functioning as God designed, it provides connection--with practical love in action. Ephesians 4:4-6 (NASB) lists our connection through Christ: one body, one Spirit, one hope, one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all who is over all and through all and in all. When we function as one in the Lord, loneliness can become obsolete. Why not reach out to someone today?

Keith and Lisa Campbell serve at the Wycliffe USA headquarters in Orlando, Florida. Keith serves as Medical Director for Wycliffe USA Health Services. Lisa serves their family of three children at home. Wycliffe USA Global Health Services works closely with their partner organizations to support their missionaries’ physical, mental, and spiritual health enabling them to joyfully serve God within His calling on their lives. With Health Services encouraging wholistic health, Wycliffe translators and support staff are working to bring God's Word to all peoples of the earth in a language and a form they can clearly understand.
Marti Wibbels
Marti Wibbels, MS, LMHC, is a psychotherapist in private practice at Palm Beach Counseling and Life Coaching in South Florida. She is a Board Certified Professional Christian Counselor, member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, and of the South Florida Association of Christian Counselors. A Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Marti's work integrates Scripture with proven counseling methods. She is author of the counseling workbook, Core Healing from Trauma and two novels, Secrets Behind the Door and Sound of Light. She and her husband, Alan were blessed with three daughters and with precious grandchildren and enjoy spending time with their family.
