Chikondi is Country Director and provides overall strategic and operational leadership of the ministry in Zambia while ensuring alignment with Family Legacy's vision, mission, core values, and strategy. Prior to joining Family Legacy he served as Interim National Director for World Vision South Africa, Johannesburg.
Chikondi has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree in Leadership Development from Eastern University (PA, USA). He is a member of Lusaka Baptist Church and Credit Committee Chairperson of VisionFund Zambia Microfinance Board.
