Roy Patterson is Community Relations Director at Moody Bible Institute and host of Music for Sunday and Urban Praise. He is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute and Trinity International University and is heard on Moody Radio. He is also a preacher, praise and worship leader and vocalist. Roy has served as a youth leader, senior pastor, and a substance abuse counselor. Roy has been married to his wife, Lynette, for over 40 years, and they have three adult children and three amazing grandchildren.
Pastor James Ford Jr. has been the senior pastor of Christ Bible Church of Chicago, located on the south side of Chicago, IL, for over 40 years. He also serves as the president of Impact Ministries and can be heard on the daily broadcast Treasured Truth on Moody Radio. Pastor Ford graduated from Moody Bible Institute and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and received his Doctor of Divinity from St Thomas University in Jacksonville Florida. Pastor Ford and his late wife Leslie were married nearly 50 years and have three sons and nine grandchildren. As an author, Pastor Ford is a contributor in the book A Heart For the City, published by Moody Press. He has authored seven books including:When a Man Loves A Woman, Seven Reasons Why God Created Marriage, and When A Woman Loves A Man.
Chris Brooks is the senior pastor of Woodside Bible Church, a multisite congregation across the Detroit metropolitan area. Chris served for 20 years as the senior pastor of Evangel Ministries, a thriving 1,600-member church in the heart of Detroit. He also served as the campus dean of Moody Theological Seminary in Plymouth, Michigan. A popular Detroit radio host since 2005, Chris is the author of Kingdom Dreaming and Urban Apologetics. He graduated from Michigan State University with a BA in Finance, completed his MA in Christian Apologetics at Biola University, and graduated from the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree at Asbury Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Yodit, are the proud parents of six children: Christopher, Zewditu, Cameron, Judah, Sophia, and Christyana.
