Dr. Sauer is a retired professor and pastor with a wealth of experience in Christian discipline and discipleship. He holds a ThM in New Testament Greek from Dallas Theological Seminary and completed his PhD in New Testament with an emphasis in Koine Greek at the University of Manchester. Dr. Sauer has been married to his wife and ministry partner, Sweet Sue, for 54 years. During his 35 years as a professor at Moody Bible Institute, Dr. Sauer and Sweet Sue discipled hundreds of students and provided premarital counseling for many couples. While at Moody, Dr. Sauer also served as an interim pastor for 19 churches in the Chicago area and recently retired as the pastor of Brynford Bible Church.
Sullivan graduated from Moody Bible Institute in 2015 with a degree in Communication and Media Studies. Since then, he has worked as a videographer, musician, and podcast host with a passion for telling stories of faith through digital media. He currently serves as Digital Content Manager for Moody Global Media.
