On August 6–7, 2026, Crossover Church will host the Global LeadershipSummit, a two-day leadership training event bringing together aspiring and experienced leaders
from across Tampa Bay and every sector of society.
The Summit is experienced by more than 60,000 people across the U.S. each year, broadcast
from the Chicagoland area, and shared globally with more than 380,000 participants in nearly
100 countries.
The Summit is a catalyzing experience:
“The Global Leadership Summit has given thousands of leaders the space to step out of survival
mode and the clarity to pursue what’s next,” said David Ashcraft, President and CEO of Global
Leadership Network.
Each Summit session is designed to speak directly to real leadership challenges facing teams and
organizations today. Featuring 13 world-class speakers, the sessions will include:
• Craig Groeschel, founding and senior pastor of Life.Church, will challenge leaders to
examine how the behaviors they tolerate, reward and repeat quietly drive outcomes.
• Kwame Christian, expert negotiator, will offer practical ways to reduce defensiveness,
build trust and move toward agreement.
Kelly Merryman Hoogstraten, CEO of Wonder Project, will help leaders rethink risk
and act decisively when the right answer isn’t obvious.
• Ryan Leak, bestselling author and host of “The Ryan Leak Podcast,” will highlight early
signs of turnover — and how to build an environment people don’t want to walk away
from.
• Vanessa Van Edwards, Harvard instructor, will reveal the micro-habits, rituals and
mindsets to help leaders produce outsized results.
• Jim Collins, management educator, will help leaders learn how to rebuild a life of
purpose after a season of disruption.
Crossover Church invites leaders at all levels to invest in their leadership at the 2026 Global
Leadership Summit. Tickets are available now at GlobalLeadership.org. Early Bird pricing
ends July 17.
