Grace saves us, shapes us, and then gives us the power to serve God. He gives us power to be able to do what we cannot do, so that He can use us to impact the lives of people and show them His grace. And because of His grace, we need to make sure He gets the glory out of our lives.

God may not do things the way we want Him to do them.  He may not do them when we want Him to do them.  But, He is always faithful and will do them according to His will and always with our best interests in mind.

Today, as we study John 12 and continue to learn about how Mary broke her alabaster box of fragrant perfume to anoint Jesus, we’ll see the extent of the sacrificial love she was showing to Him by doing that.
