Built to Last is a free half-day leadership seminar for anyone working in or leading a growing organization, with practical conversations around leadership, communication, business, and navigating growth. You’ll hear from experienced leaders through speaker sessions and Q&As, with time to connect with other people who are building and growing along the way.
This event is hosted by Promised Land Ranch as a way to introduce ourselves and serve the community at the same time. We are a husband and wife team developing a working ranch and small group day retreat destination near Chattanooga, initially focused on serving veterans and first responders through outdoor experiences and time on the land, and eventually hoping to expand to ministry leader retreats. We also hope to host leadership events and other days on the ranch, while restoring and conserving our ranch property through regenerative ranching and land stewardship.
