Grace- Based Parenting with Cody Kimmel & Super Bowl Update with Chris Baker

Today, on Karl and Crew, we kicked off our weekly theme of “Marriage and Family” with conversations with Cody Kimmel about grace-based parenting in today’s culture. He also shares the four freedoms in Grace-Based Parenting. Cody is the Executive Director of Grace Based Families, a ministry committed to encouraging, educating, and equipping families for every age and stage of life. He also serves as a pastor, professor, and entrepreneur, and hosts multiple podcasts, including Blueprints for Parents and Lightcatchers, a storytime for kids. We had Dr. Robert Lewis join us to discuss the importance of men’s discipleship and chivalry in young men today. Then we had Chris Baker join us to discuss his tattoo-removing ministry and the work they’ve been doing for sex-trafficking victims that were rescued around the time of the Super Bowl. Chris is the founder of INK 180 a ministry that serves those who have been branded through sex-trafficking and gang-life. Through his work at the ministry, he won the 2022 FBI Director's Award for Community Service and has an award-winning documentary that has been featured on TLN.
