Silencing Shame with Robby Angle & Powerful Self-Talk from the Psalms with Jon Gauger

Today, on Karl and Crew, we continued our weekly theme of “Say No to Self-Help and Yes to God’s Power” with discussions about shame and allowing God to remove it. We then have Jon Gauger join us to discuss the importance of guiding our inner thoughts with scripture. Jon is a 30-plus-year veteran of Moody Radio and hosts several nationally syndicated programs. He is also an award-winning narrator of more than 50 audiobooks. Jon also has a weekly blog called Thursday Thought. Then Robby Angle joined us to discuss how shame is crippling to our identity and relationship with God, and how, when we know our identity, shame has no power over us. Robby is the President and CEO of Trueface, a ministry dedicated to teaching complex biblical principles of truth and grace and moving people from pleasing God to trusting God with their new identity.
