Hour 1: The Difficult Passages of Revelation
If we want to better understand the resurrected Jesus who now reigns in Heaven and how He calls us to live in these last days, we need the book of Revelation. But whether we approach the book with Jesus as our focus or to better grasp God’s plans for the future, there are many statements and passages that are a challenge to understand and can leave us scratching our heads. Pastor Robert Furrow joins us to discuss the difficult passages in Revelation.

Pastor Robert Furrow
Robert L. Furrow is the lead pastor of Calvary Tucson. His teachings are delivered around the world through his YouTube channel, Calvary Tucson with Robert Furrow, and through Practical Christian Living radio and TV. Robert hosts Truth Quest, a podcast that equips listeners by seeking answers to hard questions through the lens of Scripture. He is also the director and cofounder of Practical Christian Living Foundation, a ministry that helps people locally and abroad who are in need.
Dr. Corey Miller
Corey Miller, PhD, is the President/CEO of Ratio Christi (2015-Present). While he grew up in Utah as a seventh generation Mormon, he came to Christ in 1988. He has served on pastoral staff at four churches and has taught nearly 100 college courses in philosophy, theology, rhetoric, and comparative religions at various places (Purdue, Indiana University, Multnomah University and Ecola Bible College). From 2009-15 he served on staff with Cru’s Faculty Commons ministry at Purdue. He taught philosophy and comparative religions at Indiana University for 12 years. While variously published in journals (International Philosophical Quarterly, Philosophia Christi, Christian Research Journal, etc.), he is also author or co-author of several books including: Engaging with Mormons: Understanding their World, Sharing Good News (2020), Responding to the Mormon Missionary Movement (2023), and The Progressive Miseducation of America: Confronting the Cultural Revolution from the Classroom to Your Community (2025). Dr. Miller holds masters degrees in philosophy, biblical studies, and in philosophy of religion and ethics. His PhD is in philosophical theology from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland. He is passionate about defending and proclaiming the truth of the Gospel in winsome and bold ways
