Hour 1: The Cost of My Faith

Why not just make the cake? That’s a question countless people across the country started asking in 2012 when Jack Phillips told two men who walked into his Masterpiece Cakeshop that he couldn’t create a custom cake for their same-sex wedding. And the question only grew more urgent as he had to defend himself first before the Colorado Civil Rights Commission and then numerous courts, losing at every step of the way until the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in his favor in June 2018. Join us as Jack shares his story of what it may cost to follow Jesus.

Hour 2: Mysteries Of The Messiah

Most people—even people of faith—do not understand how the Bible fits together. Too many Christians accept half an inheritance, content to embrace merely the New Testament, while Jewish people may often experience the same by embracing only the Old Testament. But God has an intricate plan and purpose for both the Old and the New. Rabbi Jason Sobel joins us to reveal the many connections in Scripture hidden in plain sight.
