Gary Leonard

​Gary Leonard is originally from Colorado Springs, Colo., and worked for Moody Radio from 1971-2014, beginning as an announcer at WMBI in Chicago, and retired in 2004 as station manager of KMBI in Spokane, Wash. Gary was married to Zeda from 1974 until she passed in 2014, has two sons, two daughters-in-law, and five grandchildren.

Monte Larrick

Monte Larrick

For more than a decade, Monte Larrick has been the voice behind the Illinois Family Institute—faithfully serving as Media Affairs Director since 2014. Before joining IFI, Monte spent three decades as a senior news correspondent with Moody Radio Chicago. The Illinois Family Institute honored Monte with the 2025 "Voice of Truth" Award for his faithful work.

Monte holds a bachelor's degree in Broadcast Communications from Columbia College Chicago and also studied at Moody Bible Institute, where he laid the foundation for a broadcasting career that would span more than 30 years.

Jim Marshall

Jim Marshall

Jim Marshall is Chief of Media Operations at Hope Media Group. He worked at Moody Radio from 1985-1996.

He began his media career as a teenager in the late 1970's as the evening disc jockey at his hometown radio station in West Virginia. Since then, he has served in nearly every role in the industry, from production to technical to management to on-air, and worked in markets as small as Ashland, Kentucky, and as big as Chicago.

Jim joined WayFM in 2005 as Southeast Regional Manager based in West Palm Beach, Fla. In 2021, he was promoted to Vice President of Operations of WayFM, and relocated to Nashville, where the network’s operational headquarters are located. Jim is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute, and he and his wife Reba have been married for over 35 years. They have four adult children.

Tricia McMillan

Tricia McMillan is the senior producer of Chris Fabry Live, Equipped with Chris Brooks, and Moody Radio’s Open Line® with Dr. Michael Rydelnik. She has worked at Moody Radio since 2000 on a variety of programs. She is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute and has a Master of Ministry from Moody Theological Seminary. Tricia is married to Nate, has three children and lives in the Chicago suburbs.

Bill Davis

Bill Davis retired from Moody Radio in March 2023 after 41 years, filling the roles of announcer, engineer, morning show host, producer and script writer. He has also been an active freelance voice-over in Chicago and Atlanta. Bill is the co-host and producer of Living a Legacy with Crawford Loritts. Bill and Dee have been married for 40 years and they have 3 adult children. They reside in west suburban Chicago.

Jim Wick

Jim Wick

Jim Wick attended Moody Bible Institute as a music major. He also worked at Moody Bible Institute in several roles, including at WMBI as a producer and station manager, hosting the Sunday Night Sings and Friday Night Sings for over 20 years, in Public Relations and Conference Ministries, as well as the Stewardship Department. He retired from MBI in 2011 and lives in northwest Indiana.
