April Tam Smith works alongside her husband, Graham, in New York City’s financial district. Together, with a group of like-minded partners, they are co-founders of a unique nonprofit restaurant, P.S. Kitchen, in Times Square.
Through work, hospitality, and generosity, the co-founders use the restaurant to transform lives. They incorporate a business model of slowly giving away all their shares to nonprofit so now no one owns it.
Hiring is central to P.S. Kitchen’s mission. The co-founders partner with re‑entry programs and shelters to find candidates. Every hire gets job coaching, counseling, and a community that prays.
Through this venture, the team has learned that Kingdom risk is never wasted, generosity is contagious— customers love funding good with every forkful, and work turns into worship when profits serve eternal purposes.

Rob also serves as the CEO and spokesperson of Kingdom Advisors, an international community of financial professionals who are specialists in delivering biblically wise financial advice. Rob has dedicated his professional career to work at the intersection of faith and finance having led a successful faith-based financial services firm and speaking frequently on the topic. Rob and his wife, Julie, live in Marietta, GA with their four children.
