We talk to ourselves all day, every day – sometimes even out loud! And a lot of those messages are self-condemning. On this edition of Equipped, learn about a model for better self-talk – the Psalms! Jon Gauger will help us begin to form a biblical mindset by rooting our self-talk in the words of David. Hope you can join us for the next Equipped.
