Every parent knows from experience that little people have big emotions! Our children struggle with their feelings, and surprisingly, worry is among their greatest concerns. How can we help our children learn to process their fears and take charge of their emotions? On this edition of Equipped with Chris Brooks, we talk with author and counselor Dr. Josh Straub about fostering emotional awareness in our children.
