Wayne Pederson is the former president of Reach Beyond and NRB, and currently serves FEBC as special liaison to Ed Cannon, the USA president and CEO. Well-known for his years of broadcasting leadership, Pederson is the outward face of FEBC, representing the organization in public and to the media. Wayne retired as president of Reach Beyond in 2016, having led the Colorado-based international broadcast, health care, and leadership development ministry for eight years. Prior to that, he served at Moody Radio and Northwestern Radio in Minneapolis. He received the 2018 NRB William Ward Ayer Award for Distinguished Service.
Doug Hastings served at Moody Radio for over 40 years, most recently as vice president. He is an alumnus of Moody Bible Institute (diploma, 1979) and has a B.A. in radio and television from Columbia College in Chicago. After beginning his career in Network Development at Moody Radio, he also served in various roles, including operations manager, production manager, and eventually general manager, which he held before being named vice president in 2018. He and his wife, Nancy, have two adult children and two grandchildren.
Chris Brooks is the senior pastor of Woodside Bible Church, a multisite congregation across the Detroit metropolitan area. Chris served for 20 years as the senior pastor of Evangel Ministries, a thriving 1,600-member church in the heart of Detroit. He also served as the campus dean of Moody Theological Seminary in Plymouth, Michigan. A popular Detroit radio host since 2005, Chris is the author of Kingdom Dreaming and Urban Apologetics. He graduated from Michigan State University with a BA in Finance, completed his MA in Christian Apologetics at Biola University, and graduated from the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree at Asbury Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Yodit, are the proud parents of six children: Christopher, Zewditu, Cameron, Judah, Sophia, and Christyana.
