1: The Blind - Plugged In Review
Millions of reality TV fans made A&E’s Duck Dynasty a surprise hit from 2012 to 2017. Adam Holz reviews this biopic, The Blind, which tells the story of this famous clan’s bearded patriarch, Phil Robertson. And while many may know of Phil’s tenaciously outspoken faith now, they may not know the hard and twisting road he walked before surrendering—and that is the right word here—to Jesus. Adam also reviews two other films - Surprised by Oxford and Paw Patrol: The Mighty Movie.
2: What Rhymes With Reason?
September is recognized as National Suicide Prevention Month. Kyle Roberts is a filmmaker who hopes this new film will bring awareness to the tragedy of suicide, guide adults on tough discussions, and helps youth understand they are not alone and help is available. The film is titled, 'What Rhymes With Reason,' and is an inspirational film coming to theaters on October 10, 2023 (World Mental Health Day).
