You’re graduating college and now what? Erica Young Reitz is the director of Senior EXIT at Penn State University, a program designed to prepare students for success in their post-college years. Erica will be sharing some of the questions new grads are asking or should be asking and how graduates and family members can navigate the challenges and choices of life after graduation.

Eddie Cuevas
Eddie Cuevas was born and raised in the inner city of Chicago and is an alumnus of The Moody Bible Institute. Eddie and his wife Lauren both met at MBI, and now live in the western suburbs of Chicago with their 2-year-old son. Eddie serves as the Contracts and Subsidiary Rights Manager for Moody Publishers and continues to have a strong partnership with MBI. Eddie will tell you that he is a devout Chicago sports fan (except for the Cubs), a musician who is currently a member of a chamber choir in Chicago, and enjoys modern board gaming…oh, and enjoys spending time with his son of course.
Lauren Cuevas
Lauren Cuevas is a radio producer by day, TikTok and ice cream enthusiast by night. Lauren spends her days producing Mornings with Brian on Moody Radio Cleveland and enjoys the evenings with her husband Eddie and son, Trey. On an evening alone you can find her watching 80's movies or binging the next true crime podcast. Lauren is an alumna of Moody Bible Institute and lives in the Chicago suburbs.
Erica Young Reitz
Erica Young Reitz is the founder of After College Transition, an organization that helps practitioners (higher education professionals, church leaders, and college ministers) get the proven resources they need for equipping students to thrive after college. She brings over eighteen years of experience working with college students, including fourteen years with the CCO directing Senior EXIT. Erica's graduate research focus on the senior year transition (MA in higher education from Geneva College) fueled her first book, After College: Navigating Transitions, Relationship and Faith, and her writing on the topic of the senior year transition has appeared in numerous publications, including Christianity Today, Relevant Magazine, and The Gospel Coalition. Erica teaches writing at Penn State University, and she also serves as part-time teaching faculty for Geneva College’s master’s in higher education program. Erica lives in State College, Pennsylvania, with her husband, Craig, two children, and an energetic miniature Schnauzer. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her family, cooking andeating new foods, or curling up with a good novel.
