Monday on Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, financial expert Glenn Zimmerman joins us to talk about "fighting the tendency to spend more". This is the idea that we are pushed all the time to buy something more, something newer, something bigger, etc. As Christians we need to remind ourselves of the Scriptural principles regarding spending and possessions. Newer isn't always better. And bigger can sometimes lead to bigger problems. Glenn will discuss with us some practical tips to fight this tendency.
Hour 2: Talking to Your Kids About The True Meaning of Easter - with Joannie DeBrito
Easter is just around the corner and is a time to remember and celebrate the death and resurrection of Jesus with your children. However, for many children the focus of this day is on the Easter bunny, decorating eggs, and how to perfect your Easter outfit. On Monday's Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, FOTF licensed counselor, Joannie DeBrito offers advice for parents wanting to make the true significance of Easter a reality for their children, including ways to celebrate Easter as a family, how to lead your child to Christ, and how to navigate the topic of Jesus's death with young children.
