Hour 2: Praying for Muslims During Ramadan - with Lana Silk
Christians have a unique opportunity to pray for and reach Muslims during Ramadan. Every year, during Ramadan, Muslims all over the world spend time in strict religious devotion as they refocus and reset their minds on their spirituality and on an awareness of Allah and trying to please him. Today, there are more than 1.9 billion Muslims making up almost 25 percent of the world’s population. Thursday on Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, Lana Silk CEO of Transform Iran is calling believers to: pray for Muslims to encounter Jesus, and reach out to your Muslim neighbors during Ramadan.

Lori writes and teaches on perseverance, our lasting impact on others, and all manner of hard things but she’s known for her humorous delivery, storytelling, and engaging delivery of biblical truth. Though she has degrees in Psychology and Biblical Studies, Lori learned the most from studying her Bible in life’s trenches. She has been married to her husband for over 34 years and is a mother and a grandmother.

Lana Silk is the CEO of Transform Iran. She was born and raised in Iran. She believes that God has already begun to work in many hearts across the nation of Iran, even within individuals who are yet to find Christ. Now, she runs an organization committed to seeing Iran transformed from the inside out. Through church-planting, disciple-making, leadership training and business development she is seeing God do amazing things.
