Hour 1: The Republican Presidential Debate and Our Fascination with the Roman Empire - with Dr. Mark Turman

On Tuesday's Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, Dr. Mark Turman, ED of Denison Forum discusses a recent article by Dr. Jim Denison titled, "The Republican Presidential Debate and Our Fascination with the Roman Empire." Dr. Denison values our democracy and is grateful for the process our candidates have to go through to be elected. However, in light of the value of our democracy, he finds it odd that so many people are fascinated with the Roman empire. Digging deeper, he believes there's even a more urgent parallel between Rome and America, one to which Christians need to respond with passion today.

Hour 2: Both: Living OutsideThe Either/Or of Your Faith - with Noel Brewer Yeatts

What if we expanded our definition of missions? What if it were less about handouts and more about truly loving our neighbors? What if we did't have to choose between the physical and spiritual when meeting people's needs? Tuesday on Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, World Help President Noel Brewer Yeatts tells us that "missions is how we live. It should consume us in our homes, across the street, in our churches, in our places of work, and in places of injustice around the world. It should inspire us to seek human flourishing to make wrong things right."
