On Wednesday's Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, Phillip shares how he applied his own transformational principles in his life when a serious motorcycle accident found him fighting for his life. He worked hard to overcome obstacles and break through barriers in each of those areas. He states, "I've learned that our greatest tragedies can be our greatest blessing." He's walking proof that, no matter what, life holds great promise, and anyone can achieve greatness.

Noah Herrin is a pastor, a speaker, and the founder of The Gathering Conference. With a passion and gift of taking complex spiritual truths and making them into accessible, practical, everyday practices, he has become a trusted voice in the Gen Z and Millennial online space and at conferences around the world. In 2023 Noah announced the launch of a new initiative: a new church plant in Nashville, TN called "Way Church", which opened its doors in September 2023. Noah is happily married to his wife Maddy who does minisstry alongside him. They live in Nashville, TN with their two children, Lion and Mila.
Phillip Hatfield
Phillip Hatfield is a Speaker/Author and Business Coach with Zig Ziglar Corporation. He was raised in Fort Worth Texas, lives in Rockwall, a suburb of Dallas and works for the Zig Ziglar corporation in Plano Texas. He spent several months in the hospital fighting for his life and came close to death seven times in the first 10 days. As he says" My Greatest Tragedy Is My Greatest Blessing". Phillip speaks and travels all over helping, encouraging and inspiring people and businesses by sharing his story of hope and encouragement. He speaks to churches, businesses, and many faith-based groups.
